ARE THESE "OFFICIAL" ROCK BAND SHIRTS?

No! These are designs that may have been inspired by some of our favourite bands, but they are all unique designs made in-house and are NOT official Rock Band Shirts and Clothing and we don't claim them to be. Please be very clear that you are not buying an "official" band shirt.  What you are buying is a very unique piece of clothing/gift that you fellow fans will appreciate - a one of a kind, so to speak and very very "unofficial" - you will also be support a fan-led small business.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We compliment ourselves in providing low cost and fast shipping to our customers. Shipping options and costs are calculated automatically at checkout and are based on your location and the warehouse we will ship your product from (USA or Europe) - we calculate the best route based on your location to provide the fastest shipping speed at the lowest cost.

DO YOU PROVIDE FREE SHIPPING?

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders over $40 to the USA and the UK - Shipping costs are calculated at Checkout.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

Here are our estimated shipping delivery times based on your location:

UK, USA & Europe: 5-­8 business days
Canada: 6­-12 business days
Rest of the World: 10-­20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept payment via Paypal, or you can also pay directly on site using Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

IS BUYING ON-LINE SAFE?

Yes - We utilise a third party banking system which uses the Stripe Secure Payments system - this system meets all modern standards for safety and security - all transactions are secured and we never get to actually see your card details - the bank processes them and just lets us know if the payment was successful or not!

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

It's easy - find the product you like and Click "Add to Cart", you will then have the option to Checkout immediately or continue shopping for more items. Once you are ready to checkout, look for the Shopping Cart icon at the top right of the website page.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, you can checkout as a guest at the time of order. But you do have the option to create an account with us, so that the next time you order anything from us, we will already have your contact and shipping details on hand.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

All of the shipping methods we use include Tracking details and these will be provided to you once your order ships from our warehouse.
